e-CSW.com will provide on-line client communications, with interactive health care, social agencies, and care facilities, where possible, with the objective of completing an agency service referrals. 

In cases where provider protocols enable this, referral services, by licensed Social Work personnel,  provide target facilities with all required medical contacts, to complete  client referral to a participating facilities.  This service includes procurement of required case documentation, and health coverage research.

Ongoing communications with applicants, are continued as needed.  Applicants will not be required to participate in full psycho-social history preparation unless this is specifically required by the provider agency.
